What's the Career Path for Long-Lidged Teams?

For the long-lived team, which is multi-disciplinary, what's the career path? How do you retain that team? That's a great question. In large organizations, value streams are nested. So an individual might be a product owner at the team level. There is career progression there to become the product owners at the team of teams level and then the next level up.
