The Importance of Timing
"I fall into this trap of flight. I do, I do the sessions that I like doing," he says. "And then there's a session like that, which I'm like, I never want to do that again." The timing has got to be right for it - you've got to have an event coming up or race on your calendar at the same time. 'There are other sessions that he'll put in, they're hard sessions and I almost look forward to them,' adds O'Brien.
