The Role of Modern Music in My Life

It's easy to get grumpy if you listen to modern music. But I kind of come around to this other side which is kids making music that's reflective of the world they're looking at. If the world is insane and vapid and cruel and hollow and not very nice well that's how they end up making music that sounds like that. Do they feel that or are they reflecting their environment? You don't have to answer that but well no I just I'm just I think there's a disconnective tissue between the two.
