How to Write a Chief of Staff Book
"I feel more clear now than i did before. It can't again," he says of writing a book for one person. "There's no commitment i'm making that i will use every interview i got." He writes five chapters, make them really simple and dive into the pain and then give the solution. Each chapter should have two to three pages on the pane and two three pages on maybe one to two on the pane and two to three on the solution. 'Give me a crappy first draught by the end of may,' Obama tells his staff.
