The Challenges of Large Language Models in Healthcare
I think large language models need to be incorporated immediately into healthcare products, but you need to do it wisely. There are no practical ways of clinically validating such a broad model as a chat GPT or something else. And even validating triage requires an incredible amount of work. So I have both a lot of excitement and a lot of concern related to development of AI technologies. But staying within our business boundaries here, this is a technology that will revolutionize every sort of agent kind of chat based interaction.
