I don't drink, and I think in my journey to sobriety, there was a real piece of language, which is as soon as whatever the thing is, the substance, a habit takes more than it gives, then you know something's changed. For me, for me, our whole was, yeah, it became something embedded with shame and dread,. Yes, there were still moments of fun within it, but they become so much so fractional compared to the bigger picture of the negative. As soon as that balance shifts to more negative than positive, then you've got to start take heed of that. Definitely, I agree, yeah. It's such a difficult journey.
