How Do You Structure Your Runs?

When I'm by myself it's usually time is probably the major constraining factor. Sometimes it'll be like, okay, this is more of a speed workout versus this is a distance workout or I haven't done any real long distances in a while. But I deliberately try not to think that much about time. I think more in terms of distance and more interms of like, did I get into some sort of flow state or rhythm that was spiritually and mentally rewarding?
