I think jerry mandering is bad and undemocratic. And ithink it's bad when democrats do and it's bad and republicans to it. But if we're facing a near term like, you know, single party state, a one party future for the united states, i mean, surely democrats need to fight back? Yes. But you don't fight back by creating tactics that are likely to produce an escallation in response. That's my view. Anyway, this is contested among people who share my diagnosis. Like medium term risks of autocracy, right? Because i think republicans didn't push as hard as they could on jerrymandering
