Pastor Jerry Ragg: Conflict is unavoidable because of differing perspectives, differing backgrounds. The way we think through problems and issues is different among leaders,. Different personalities and wiring are common in a plurality of leadership. And so necessary conflicts rise out of the pool of those differences. They don't have to become sinful, but it is inevitable that we're going to collide, sharpen one another - et cetera.
