Valsoft's Long-Term Capital Allocation Strategy
I was 27 years old, 28 years old. Sold a few businesses. Got together with our partners. We're going to do things that other people, given their capital structures, cannot do. And then we got an external investor in 2020,. February of this year that came into Valsoft. There's no need for incremental capital. The cash flows the company makes is enough to fund the acquisitions we make. Eventually, we'll take Valsoft public and keep working at the driving value for shareable.
