I worry about the slippery slope in this context, which is to say that we both see the extent to which concept creep often takes place. The biggest concern about freedom of speech is that if you are opening the door to any form of censorsip since it will always be either the state or some very influential private company. There are definitely going to be border line cases that have to be adjudicated in some way. But i would not like to allow open slather for any kind of racial hatred propaganda to be arond. In otherwords, the slippery ope suggests that thre's going to be a steady progression down against freedom of speech. I haven't seen that.
