Sean Connery makes Temple of Doom pure joy for me. I just didn't grow up watching it the same way that I did Raiders and Crusade because it was the dark one. The tone of Temple is much darker and much scarier. So I think they were afraid I would be afraid. But I do feel like there's a double standard going on.
