X CBO Volatility VIX
The X CBO volatility VIX is a real time index that represents the markets expectations for the relative strength of near term price changes of S and P 500 index. It simply tells me if we're in a trending market or more volatile market. I don't trade VIX or anything like that or any of the VIX products. Basically, I'm looking to find out, are we having, are we expecting over the next 30 days to have looser price action or, you know, tighter trending price action. And that's it. Nothing really more than that.
