The Importance of Taking an Internship

Most private bedrooms are hiring people out of two or three years out of undergrad. It was just an avenue in which I could learn a ton and see parts of the industry that aren't normally visible to a, 21-year-old at the time. The job search was interesting because most people with an accounting degree at that point interned the same summer I did. And they all did get their full-time offers.
