The Dangers of Identity Politics Discourse

I think when we talk about diversity it is important to think about the full range of diversity and not just a certain kind. In so many ways you could certainly argue to find at least as much by one's class as by one's sexual orientation gender or race. I feel like a lot of times an identity politics discourse that gets overlooked.
