In my book, i talk about the take a brak routine, which is seven minutes. And maybe your thing is doing te sodoku puzzles, or maybe it's jotting in a journal. But you have to have those materials ready to go. I happen to enjoy reading about history, so i always have a book laing around. Hor even just for seven minutes, i'll pick up a book and start reading it. It just takes me away from all the distractions on how i solve these things. When you ponder things for seven minutes without doing any work at all, it allows your brain to reset and think about what's really important. Then when you're done with that
