The next time that you are experiencing some sort of stress, there are things you can directly do to mitigate that. The resetting of the brain with exercise is just insanely powerful. If i'm going through something where i'm feeling sad, ind my experience, or depressed, stressed or angry, if i go and immediately do just five minutes of cardy vascular exercise, i will feel a lot different. Am, that's, that's a needle worth while, bestmet to me yet....
