CNN's John Defterios and Janis Jelinek discuss the current banking crisis. They say it was precipitated by collapse of Silicon Valley Bank in California, Credi Suisse in Switzerland. This is exactly the same banking crisis that we experienced in 2007, 2008, says Defterios. "It's not that we was fixed and now it's coming back," he adds.
