Nozick is assuming that will all be pretty squeamish about the idea that you redistribute good looks or attractiveness. The point of the example for him actually is a point about industrial relations in the 1970s and his argument that trade unions have no case when they say that workers who are reduced to taking jobs below a living wage are being exploited. But it's also true as technology advances that people do now start to question whether we should think more about justice and fairness, not just in the economic lottery of life, but the genetic lottery of life.
