Workouts With Shorter Rest Intervals

There are different times when you're going to want to have different rest intervals. One of the things that you can do if you really want to get that workout where you have a shorter rest interval than what you have spaced between those climbs around where you live. It's just your repeats on the same climb. So like 30 30s are best usually done instead of turning around all the time because you'll be cross side and sideways and not safe anyway. And I try to factor in 15 seconds for a turnaround. That lets me slow down. The rest does matter.
