Pelican Flamatory Disease, which is the topic of today's podcast. We have a 16 year old female with constant right lower quadrant pain. The time course here doesn't really fit great for ovarian torsion but thinking again to also sort of related because we usually see cysts before an ovary torsion. And then there's all the things that are non-GYN residents of the right lower quadrants.
