The Future of Russia

There are certainly continuities between Tsarist foreign policy and ambition to the Soviet. Russia always had a heavily state-oriented economy. I think of course I think they probably vote but I don't know if that tells us very much about what it's likely to be in the future. Not that this is a study in futurology but yes.
