Is There a Scorecard in the Interview?
A lot of this stuff is really about taking away the performative element or the charismatic element of an interview and trying to get a sense for what their actual behavior is in situations that have business relevance. If you don't have a scorecard as a founder, I mean, I'm guilty of this in the past. You show up, the scorecard is just basically having clarity around what a role is and why it exists and what the key results you require would be.
