How to Scale Your Editorial Line

i haven't systemized editors to the level that i'd like um i want to on board more editors and i want to get better at it. Most of hacronoon is still read by me jth alowitz would be the second person uh laying my wife would be the third person with top people someone still has to publish for them but the top contributors were on a relationship where they can publish essentially almost whatever they want with us and this helps us scale it helps them grow. We do not always hit this when submission volume goes up some stories get lost in the shuffle we have to apologize to people it's always painful you know what other question was in there about the process
