I think there's a few places up London that like this. They basically got offices scattered across different buildings and they're centralizing it into one building where they don't want it to be all over the place. Do you know about that Fred or is that not? That's not true. I imagine there's a bit of that going on. As Liam said, this is an enormous structure. It's worth saying, like you said with the demolition, this was not an easy site to build a great big building on. Like you've got to take down an existing skyscraper. You often at night are required at times.
