The Liquidity Profile of Real Estate

There's a lot of second and third or like societal effects that will come from this over the years. I think it's important, particularly in this higher interest rate environment to touch on the liquidity profile for real estate compared to something like Bitcoin. When shit does hit the fan, when people are actually forced to sell because they have to go cover expenses somewhere else, you could have a cascading bust due to the relative illiquidity that real estate has compared to other assets like Bitcoin.
