Do You Think Something Sinister Is Going On?
The question is do you think there is something sinister going on? So ultimately you're asking your patient with their problem, whatever that may be. It's a pretty strict question and they'll give you a pretty straight answer. This is so important because again we've all seen these patients before that have these preconceived ideas, perceptions about what is going on with their injury. If it is very clear from your assessment that they don't have the problem or problems they think they have you can quash those fears straight away.
