In financial services, do we find ourselves in a similar place to day where we're delivering advice with very little thought to how it gets picked up? That's the state of the industryd and i use industry as opposed to profession. Starting in the eighties, there was a wholesale shift, even in the language being used. We don't speak about non compliance patience. We speak about a problem of non adherence with advice itself. And that isn't just some antics. It's actually like taking a step back and going, hah, i wonder why that one didn't stick. I wonder what went wrong?"
