Color Correction
In color correction, there's eact very straightforward science to it. We use what's called scopes to measure an image. And based on these grafts we're able to determine whether that image is when it properly exposed and does it have the proper white balance of are the colours coming through in an accurate way? So for example, daylight in the middle of the day tends to be a little bit blue, so when you balance for that, you have to add orange. Same thing at night time or a sunset, the sun is going to be a lot more warm or orange. If you want something to appear true white, you're going to have to offset that by adding blue.
