Using a Requiremens Lock File?

In pip, what you have to do is say you only want pinaries. Yet, you want no dependencies. You want to require hashes to make sure that nothing's been modified. And on top of that, requiremens files don't y have everything. This is very much built for mac, which is all i find, but is not expressible in requirement file. I'd rather have tools like with virtual and rapper, right? Like it at least still creates, it stil creates virtual environments,. That's still a standard. Hn, you can still work with it.
