The Death of Rod and Shelly

The medical examiner wrote the cause of death as undetermined. Shelly had bruising on her lip, scratch marks and bruises on her hand. The doorman also thought it was weird that early that morning Rod popped out to get some candy and he gave one to the doorman. This was enough for the family to decide to have her exhumed which they did two months after her death. By 2012 Rod was living with his parents in a New York City suburb and Rod's parents were now the legal guardians of the kids. And so this meant that Rod couldn't get their money.
