The US's Response to Gallium and Germanium

There are rumors that there's going to be another shoe dropping on chips and related export controls. They've discovered a loophole, which I think we may have talked about before, which is the cloud services loophole. The point of last October's rule was to deny the Chinese advanced chips. A lot of them made by NVIDIA were useful for AI applications.
