I think what this does though and I think it's very effective in doing is just lend a certain degree of suspicion about the sort of the legitimacy of particularly kind of inner city constituencies. And so if you have a sense that that fraud is very widespread then you're going to start asking questions about the bodies that get elected. This goes to something that that has been on my mind as we approach these elections which is to do with the kind of extraordinary centralisation of power in Britain in particular.
