"I'm not opposed to a little hype. There's the idea when you're going to sell something," he says. "If you got to use a little hype to get them in the boat, you're helping them,. And people will use this idea in marketing." He adds that if voice teachers speak as plainly and openly, what are you going to buy? They do need to make some bold statements and move you to invest some money.
