I've been tracking who are the largest players in all different sectors of food for about 35 years now. And what we've seen is an amazing consolidation that, you know, in areas such as seeds,. There's two companies that control 40% of the seed market and there's basically four companies that control pretty much all the market really. You go across every single sector of the so-called food chain, these links by which food is now commercially brought from seed to stomach. I did some calculations this week where it looked like the top 100 food and agriculture related companies, the money that they bring in of the food chain is equivalent to all the money that all the farmers, citrus folk,
