Are You Doing Three Sets?

Some of our highest responses when looking at individuals from our previous volume research, some of them were actually doing slightly less volume per week than they stated they were doing before the commencement of the study. So even though we're getting some data as to what they were previously doing per week, if the intensity was different, is it truly equal? Absolutely not so. There's their quality right there. The quality has improved ecause their intensity has gone up. Ye ye.
