Henry Mans: Rishi Sunak is the UK's youngest prime minister and first of color. He says there will be a difficulty in transitioning from being competent finance minister to communicating on a wider range of issues. But he expects him to prioritize fiscal conservatism that's not seeing debt rise significantly as a proportion of GDP. MANS: You can expect him to trim spending where possible, may put up some taxes to close the gap.
