The Uneven Distribution of Work Amongst NPC Members

Jen: I've heard really great feedback from a few of my chapter mates who are delegates. They were talking up how just like warm and helpful the ntc folks were. Jen: There is definitely an uneven distribution of work among npc members. We need to have more transparency about how to get on these committees, she says.
