The minute Amazon stops serving people the way you're describing, they're going to walk away. And that's what makes me not worry about Amazon. There's a human factor involved here. You get some young scrappy entrepreneurs together who have some fresh idea and they compete with the big company. But then I think what happens is they ossify. New entrepreneurs will come along and eat his lunch.
