The Advantages of S-Corp vs. LLC
If you have real estate, it's better to go with S-Corp since there are more liability protections. LLCs are also similar instruments, but I think as you said, and it all depends on the kind of business you're in. The beauty of S-Corp is that it acts as a corporation, but then at the end of the year you get K-1 and you're getting a profit or loss in corporations not paying any taxes.
