How Can We Make It Happen Faster?

i want to know what it is about being exposed to another type of individual that makes somebody accept all those individuals. If i house an albino rat with a black cape rat for two weeks, eh, then they'll help any black cape rat. How we can make it happen faster? Was the experiment we did this past summer.
