The Importance of Pastors in Healthy Churches

A lot of times as a church, honestly, what we're going to want to get to know are pastors who are not in completely unreached area. Pastors in established healthy churches in areas that we want to encourage work in get to know them and take their recommendations. I've heard, I think you are maybe Andy, he's the illustration about, you know, I want to go to Afghanistan. Oh, do you know Afghan people around here? Are you sure? Are you sharing the gospel with them? And so forth.
