Our brain constantly passes our experience in terms of good, bad and neutral. We are conditioned to react with aversion when we feel a certain way. The strategy that i think is important for people to develop is the strategy of paying attention to the sensations that we are produced by whatever experience we encounter. And if we pay attention in this way, then we kind of weaken the power of system one, and create space for us to tget a better control of mind.
