Is the Misinformation in Russia a Threat to Ukranians?

The power of the technology companies is ultimately marginal. They they can help a little at the margin. But, as long as you control the dollar, all of this techno wizardry kind of, it's beside the point. That doesn't realy help you very muchy and i think honestly, that the last couple of years, including during this war, i've really struggled with these two contradictory ideas that are both true,.
