John Q. Public: The thing that drives me nuts is often and John Q. Public may not know this or may not have put much interest into it to figure it out. A lot of times these press conferences are led by either a police chief or in a larger department, you'll have like a public information officer. It makes sense that the chief would be the one to come forward and talk to the public. But does the chief have the ability to answer these questions?
