How to Calm Down Your Brain

This is a way to basically balance out your hemispheres or your brain. It's like when we're in an overly triggered state, we can kind of lose access to a lot of our own wisdom. If you can do this for one full minute as a start, high fives. This is a very powerful way to calm your physiology and the more you use it, the better it works. You might find yourself physically relaxing and you might notice a smile on your face. And it's healthy to be able to do this for ourselves.
