The Jorrof fishers now farm a dozen clam species of an area of 10 square kilometers. As they grow mollusk for Michelle, and that captures CO2. Seven years ago, Vad is and the other fishers launched another climate friendly project: farming oysters from the Mediterranean using the tides. We are the only oyster producers in Italy.
