We Were Oversold on Black Friday

Several hundred people were unable to get what we promised them. We wrote a plain text email and essentially gave them options. People want to be in control when you tell them something, they feel that they'r being sold too. It went from being a pretty scary situation to our eam toi ens withot theidea giving customers optionality,. i think thats adding. A little bit of a lag that hopefully we're fixing soon.
