The Story Behind Expertis Chat

We built a nacent chat product in 20 11, basically looked at what other people were building their chat products with. We bought zopem that was based in singapore, before our ipo came with bunch of experts and they had their own self serve business. They also did chat for sales on the web site, which was important to us at the time. And we've grown it since and developed expertis chat. The other product is ours self-help community called huanCommunity. Its completely home grown by copenhagen team and incredibly strong. It solves single ender customer service needs as well as pening ticket stubs. But those are independent things that we sell that are
