Is There a Collateral Impact of the White House on the Military?
The president doesn't seem to have the backing of the military, which is a big deal. Is there any other potential impact on the effectiveness of the troops in fighting conflicts? Probably not. There probably needs to be some reconsideration of congress's roll in this space. But Congress are so busy with other things that it's unlikely to fursue those things this term or next term.
